Click & Close, LLC (“Click & Close,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS notification program on behalf of registered client businesses (each a “Sender”). Every SMS message identifies the Sender in the body so recipients always know which business is messaging them.
1. Program Description
Click & Close is the independent software vendor (ISV) that operates the messaging platform. Each client business is the named Sender in every SMS. Consumers opt in directly on the Sender's website through a pre-unchecked consent checkbox with the disclosure shown inline. See our SMS Consent & Proof page for the live opt-in surface.
2. Message Types
Messages are transactional and service-related, not marketing. Categories include:
- Inquiry confirmations (sent shortly after a consumer submits the Sender's contact form)
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service follow-ups
- Post-service review requests
3. Message Frequency
Frequency varies based on the consumer's interactions with the Sender. Typical volume is one to four messages per month per consumer.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Click & Close does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages sent and received.
5. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Click & Close uses Twilio as the underlying SMS transport.
6. Opt-In
Consent is captured on each Sender's website via a pre-unchecked checkbox accompanied by a disclosure that names the Sender, explains the message types, states the frequency and cost, and provides opt-out and help instructions. Consent is recorded per consumer per Sender and is retrievable for audit.
7. Opt-Out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message and you will be unsubscribed from every Click & Close-operated Sender, not just the one that sent the message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent until you re-subscribe.
8. Resubscribe
Reply START, UNSTOP, or YES to resubscribe. You will receive a confirmation. Standard message rates apply.

10. Carrier Compatibility
Most US mobile carriers are supported. Deliverability is not guaranteed across all carriers and devices.
