3. SMS & Email Consent

By verbally providing your mobile phone number during a sales call with a Click & Close representative, you consent to receive up to 7 service- and marketing-related text messages per booked demo meeting from Click & Close. Messages include a meeting confirmation, scheduled reminders (3 days, 1 day, 6 hours, and 30 minutes before the meeting), and up to three follow-up nudges if confirmation is not received. Message and data rates may apply.

We record each customer's verbal SMS consent, phone number, and the timestamp of the opt-in in our internal CRM at the moment the meeting is scheduled.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors that support our SMS program (e.g., our SMS carrier Twilio) is permitted, and those subprocessors are prohibited from using the data for their own marketing.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any of our text messages to unsubscribe. Reply HELP at any time to receive support information. You may unsubscribe from emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in our communications.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data may only be shared with trusted third-party subprocessors who assist in delivering our services (e.g., Twilio for SMS messaging, Google for calendar and email integrations). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
